On Sunday, December 14, 2025, we’re opening our doors for a special community open house featuring building tours, live music, a short program of organizational updates, and a night of salsa dancing led by Portland's own Son de Cuba.
There will be a salsa dance lesson from 6:00-6:30 before the show, hosted by Tony Gonzalez. Come early if you'd like to participate!
Son de Cuba is a quintet created in August 2015 by musicians from The USA and Cuba, based in Portland, Oregon. The majority of the group are Cubans with roots in Latin, African, and Jazz rhythms. They blend this vast knowledge of beats together in classic and modern Latin songs.
