Fly me to the Moon: A Benefit Concert

Some of Portland’s favorite musical acts will take the stage on Sunday, May 19 at 6:30 PM. The evening is a benefit for Fly Me To The Moon, a new nonprofit organization that delivers live music performances to seniors in assisted living, retirement communities, and memory care facilities. The lineup includes Portland’s own rock violinist Aaron Meyer; the critically acclaimed 3 Leg Torso, an ensemble featuring original modern chamber music with wildly unique instrumentation; award-winning jazz songstress Julie Amici, accompanied by Dean Mueller on bass; and the beloved electric blues powerhouse Duffy Bishop. Doors open at 5:30 for beverages, seating, mingling. The show starts at 6:30 with a 20-minute intermission. RAFFLE tickets for sale at the event.
