Rental Process

The Alberta Abbey prides itself on offering a hassle-free rental process, one that makes sure your event is the most important part of our relationship. Below is a handy guide to renting any of the spaces at the Abbey!

 

 

Contact Us!

Fill out an Event Inquiry Form and include as much information as possible. Your preferred dates as well as the time you will need in the space is imperative to getting a quote quickly!

Consultation

This is where we find out what you need ifor your event and help you determine whether we are your best option.

The Quote

From this information we provide a detailed and itemized rental quote for your approval.

Tour of the Abbey

Should our quote meet your satisfaction, a private tour of your space will be scheduled.

Contract

Should the tour, quote, and available dates satisfy all requirements, a contract will be presented.

50% Down Payment

50% of your total rental fees will be due at the time of the signing. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event.

 

Date Is Booked

Completion of the contract and 50% down payment will guarantee your requested dates and place you officially on the Alberta Abbey Calendar.

Vendor Relations

Whether you are using our preferred production partners or your own vendors, we'll help them to be ready for your event.

The Day of Your Event

The day of your event we will provide a host who will facilitate the setup and striking of your event and provide assistance where needed.
